I swam always without technique until I decided to learn how to swim properly.
E assim, a minha primeira aula de nata\u00e7\u00e3o foi com 37 anos no jamor a dia 6 de maio deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day before, I couldn\u2019t fall asleep from excitement, and I woke up feeling like it was my first day of school. Off I went, happily, heading to Jamor.
As coach Bibiana said: \u201cRita is already baptized!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still very new to this sport, but full of curiosity about what\u2019s ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sports have this: even for adults, they make us feel like children again\u2014light, where anything is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
